Most of our handcrafted pieces ship within 5-7 business days. Larger furniture items may require specialized freight handling, which can take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Chalet ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Are your wooden products sustainably sourced?

Sustainability is at our core. We partner exclusively with FSC-certified suppliers to ensure all timber used in our collections is harvested responsibly.
