Chalet Lawn Seed Sun/Shade Mix 3 lb

Chalet offers specially-formulated grass seeds for specific types of grasses found in the Chicago-land area. Our Sun/Shade variety works for areas with 4-8 hours of sun.

Comes in 1-lb, 3-lb and 5-lb bags. The rule of thumb is 1-lb per 250-300 square feet of bare soil. If you have 50% grass coverage, then each pound will cover 500-600 square feet. Remember to water after applying and don't forget starter fertilizer!
