It has dark green foliage which emerges chartreuse in spring. The tiny serrated pointy leaves turn orange in fall. This is a relatively low maintenance shrub, and is best pruned in late winter once the threat of extreme cold has passed. It is adaptable to soil, but plant in full sun.
