Double and semi-double blooms in brilliant shades of pink, white, red, orange, and yellow. The petals are long with rolled edges that turn under and sometimes twist. Each individual flower lasts a long time on the plant and in the vase. A swath of these colorful blooms will be a beacon to tempt butterflies to your area. Zinnias are edible, but have little flavor.
