Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home decor is properly cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
